Mall is close by. The facilities and rooms are new/well maintained. Surroundings are quiet and overlook open nature spaces. Food and drinks at the mini bar are free. The room and toilet are spacious and clean. We were given the connecting rooms we requested for.

Love the access to IOI Mall. Great for family staycation over a weekend with kids having access to IOI Mall. Love the bathtub because I can see my kids take a bath and enjoy the bubbles as I sit and watch the TV inside the room. Very helpful and polite staff. Fast check in and check out.

Firstly, we were greeted with warm smiles and a cheery voiced gentleman. Checking in was a breeze, gave our car number to enjoy the Free Parking. We booked 3 rooms for our family. A trolley was available to load all our luggage and quickly sent to our rooms. Love the spacious room, comfy bed, lots of fluffy white towels, toiletries and complimentary mini bar. There was a bath tub and separate shower in the bathroom. The bidet system is very cute and stylish. Love the sofa for two. Hotel carpark is separate from mall carpark. Breakfast buffet was wonderful.Local favourites like nasi lemak, sambal sotong, rendang, dim sum, noodles. Freshly baked rolls, croissant and cakes. Egg station, sushi, bimbimbap, salmon, salad, juices, coffee and tea. We even had ala carte dinner and had delicious food there. So easy to go to the mall too. Yes this will be our home for our next trip. Truly enjoyed our stay. Prayer mat in room Kiblat direction on ceiling.

I absolutely love the breakfast spread. Managed to secure the presidential suite for me and my family. Our room has an assigned breakfast area on the 20th floor but i personally preferred the one on the ground floor. More variety and choices. The room was massive with a dining area, living room, a bar area, bedroom and a huge bathroom. Perfect for a big family. Staff was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Will definitely recommend my family and friends.

The bed were amazing, fluffy and very comfortable. The minibar also provide unique experience and convenient as well. The bathroom was almost perfect. Love the overhead shower. The TV channels also not bad.

Nice ambience and decor. Efficient and reliable lift. Good breakfast location with wide spread of international cuisine. Conveniently connected to the IOI shopping mall.

The room is good. A bit wear and tear here and there. We get to enjoy the mini bar, ordered room service for dinner and breakfast seamlessly. Overall it was good not excellent.
